Welcome back to more exciting news from Zebra’s Class.

We had our Marvellous Middle on Wednesday.  Andy from Widdershins Theatre came in a did a Stone Age puppet show for us.  We did some cave printing that looked absolutely brilliant in the style of monoprinting.  We played lots of drama games to do with the Stone Age.  We played an acting game where we had to do big and small actions depending on the volume he told us.  We had our two tribes in our class and we named them the Ogadaga-Pega-Trea and Bubba-Bubba-Bubba clans.  The Ogadaga-Pega-Trea stood for fierce, brave and loyal and Bubba-Bubba-Bubba stood for Beware!  It was a great fun day.

We have continued to learn more about Fantastic Mr Fox and to finish off the topic we have been watching the movie, which we are really enjoying.

We have been making up our own gymnastics routines in P.E. in little groups.  Mrs Morgan thinks we have worked very hard and done a brilliant job.  We could use benches and mats or just mats and we think both ways are great.  We have put a lot of effort and hard work in to them and we are going to show them to the school next week. We had lots of fun making up our routines.

We’ve been very busy in Forest School the last couple of weeks. We’ve been making dens, nature crowns, mud painting, bug hunting to make a ‘Bug Window’ and planted bulbs for Spring.

This week has been Anti-Bullying week and we did drama around how to be a good friend, staying friends and what to do in a bullying situation.  The little plays each group made were all really good.

We hope you enjoyed our blog this week.

See you next week for exciting news.
