For health and safety reasons it’s important that children are properly dressed for any physical activity.

Our uniform for PE is as follows:

Navy blue shorts

White T-shirt.

Plimsolls.

Old tracksuit for winter.

PE kit must be kept in a named drawstring bag.

PE kit should be kept in school and can be returned home for washing at weekends and holidays all items of PE kit should be named.

For the second half of the summer term children will require a swimming kit in school daily.

Swimming kit consists of:

a costume/trunks (no bikinis please)

a towel

flip-flops or alternative

swimming hat

All children must wear swimming hats when swimming as it prevents damage to our filters.

All items of swimming kit must be named.

In the summer children may continue to wear winter uniform if they so wish.

All longhair must be tied back and in neat fashion hair accessories such as slides, ribbons, scrunchies and headbands, which should be kept as simple as possible and in line with school colours.

Parents are kindly requested to ensure that all items are labelled very clearly with their child’s name.

It is absolutely imperative for safety reasons that we ask that no child wears jewellery in school with the exception of small neat stud earrings which must be removed by the child before P.E. and swimming.
