It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

Hello everyone, thank you for reading our blog- just a quick update today.

We've had such a busy week again this week as we start to wrap up our topic, plan for our FAB FINISH and also start to get Christmassy!

We have enjoyed a lovely decoration morning today. All the decorations we made had a 'Make-do-and-mend' theme which links in with our World War II topic. We made newspaper paper chains, decorations using twigs and scraps of fabric, beautiful baubles from last years' Christmas cards (thank you for your donations last year!) and gorgeous angel peg dolls. We made excellent use of a very generous donation of a big box of crafty goodies from one of our grandparents. Thank you, we are SO grateful.

Earlier in the week we had great fun in Forest School as we used tools for the first time- we were taught to whittle a stick using a potato peeler.

Please join us for more news next week.
