Wow , what a fabulous first full week in Forest School after the Easter holidays.

This half term our focus is that in small groups of 4 or 5 we will be doing the Kelly Kettle! This is one of my favourite activities and not just because we get to enjoy hot chocolate at the end 😋I love the challenge of it and how we have to work as a team to feed the fire keeping it going. All groups did amazingly by following direction and being very sensible.

Also, this week we have been looking at World Earth Day. There were some activities available for the children to do if they wanted to. Some children made some amazing floor art, made a scavenger hunt and sowed seeds which will hopefully bloom for us to enjoy over the summer.

The children have been as imaginative as always and we have witnessed a lot of the children's learning from the classroom coming out to forest school which is fantastic ⭐ Lots of Romans and Greek Gods being mentioned.

I am looking forward to seeing what they all get up to over the coming weeks. We will be celebrating World Bees 🐝 day in a couple of weeks' time.
