In Topic, we’ve been learning about Roman Gladiators and Roman Society. We found out that the slaves would have had to wash the masters and we didn’t like the idea of that.  We did an independent task about Roman Society where we were able to choose what we did with it and how we presented it.  Some of us found it a bit tricky to have the freedom to do it our own way but some of us really enjoyed being able to think about how we wanted to do our work on our own.

Friday saw us celebrating Pyjamarama and we all came to school in our pyjamas to raise money for The Book Trust.  We read some books with Monkeys class.  We all had great fun with that …we do enjoy our time sharing stories with the little ones.
