We have been learning all about Goldilocks and the three bears as part of our new topic.  During the week we have been watching different versions of the story. On Friday 7^th January we started our topic with making porridge and we got to even taste it as part of our Sparkling Start.

We started by putting the porridge into the bowl, then we measured the milk, poured it onto the porridge and stirred the ingredients together.

Next, Mrs Beard put the porridge into the microwave.  As the porridge cooked it smelt lovely. We then took it back to the classroom to eat. Some of us enjoyed the porridge and some of us tried it and decided we didn’t like it so much but we all enjoyed making it.
