Meerkats travelled to Thurleigh primary and met up with the children there. They were given the opportunity of meeting a variety of birds of prey – including some beautiful owls (perfect for enriching the understanding and enjoyment of our current text – “The Owl who was afraid of the Dark”, by Jill Tomlinson).
