HELLO! This week's blog is written by Freya and Harriet

This week has been a very busy but fun week. In maths, we have been finishing our fractions topic, which everyone has done really well with, although now we are moving on to another tricky unit - decimals.

On Wednesday, we enjoyed starting our dance routines. We are going to create dances and then teach the children in Monkey class, so that they can join in with us.

On Thursday, we were all very excited to do our second Robotics session of the year. We all made fighting robots that had functioning weapons. We worked together in groups to make our robots. We all participated in the coding to make the robots work - this bit was tricky! We then had a big robot fight with all the robots. This sadly resulted in many robot deaths! By the end we had to disassemble them, which was disappointing, but overall we had loads of fun.

On Friday we have been working on our topic work about waste, by writing a double page spread of our knowledge of waste. We have also worked in groups to research and present our findings about different types of waste.

It's been a lot of fun and hard work this week. We hope you read our blog next week.
