We have officially started our learning journey! The children have learnt how to read and write 8 new sounds, how to match items and talk about their similarities and differences using mathematical language.  

They have helped to reorganise their classroom so it suits their needs, how to tidy so it’s ‘spotless’ and how to pour their own milk and wash up.  

We have learnt all about the human body and what it means to be physically healthy. We have also looked at mental well-being and what that means. We have had lots of discussions about our feelings and how to recognise our feelings by looking at body language, facial expressions and tone of voice.  

We are looking forward to the harvest assembly and have been practicing ready for our performance!
